Acer unveils Aspire R7 4-in-1 Ultrabook

Acer unveils its latest Windows 8 Ultrabook that features a unique four-in-one design. Meet the revolutionary Aspire R7.

The Aspire R7 is as sleek and attractive as the Aspire S7 that we’ve reviewed before. For starters, it sports a 15.6-inch Full HD 1920×1080 touchscreen display, an Intel Core i5 1.8GHz processor, 6GB DDR3 RAM, a 500GB hard drive, a 24GB SSD and a full-size backlit keyboard.

The real fun begins when you take advantage of the “Ezel Hinge” that allows the R7 to transform into four different modes: Ezel Mode, Notebook Mode, Display Mode, and Pad Mode. To give you a quick idea of the modes, take a look at the image below:

The R7 also features a volume control button, HD webcam, dual mics, HDMI port, SD card reader, audio jacks, USB 3.0 (x2), USB 2.0, WiFi, Bluetooth and a convenient converter port supporting VGA, RJ45 and USB. It weighs 5.3 lbs and measures 1.1-inches thin.

The Acer Aspire R7 has an SRP of US$1,000 and will be available in the US starting May 17th.

It is very hard if you turn it notebook and keyboard is on the edge and the trackpad is rear to the screen.

hala ito yung hinahanap ko! yung ezel mode bagay na bagay to kasi minsan ung lappy ko finiflip ko na pa-backward kc gusto ko ung tipong nakaharap perpedndicular you screen sa mata! kelan kaya darating sa pinas to???
