VivoBook S14 dilengkapi dengan layar anti-silau Full HD 14 inci dengan bezel NanoEdge dari ASUS. Dilengkapi dengan prosesor AMD Ryzen 5 4500U atau Ryzen 7 4700U, 8GB RAM, dan 512GB penyimpanan SSD PCIe.
It dilengkapi dengan beberapa port, termasuk USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, dua USB 2.0, port HDMI, jack audio combo 3.5mm, dan pembaca kartu MicroSD.
