Samsung has released a list of Galaxy devices set to receive the One UI 8 update based on Android 16. The rollout started on September 15 with the Galaxy S25 series, with other models scheduled to get it by year end.

One UI 8 is slated to introduce new AI-powered features, enhanced security measures, and refreshed app designs. There’s also improvements to Samsung DeX, Quick Share, and the addition of Bluetooth Auracast support.
Eligible Galaxy devices for One UI 8 (Android 16):
Galaxy S series: S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, S25 Edge, S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S24 FE, S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, S23 FE, S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, S21 FE
Galaxy Z series: Z Fold6, Z Fold5, Z Fold4, Z Flip6, Z Flip5, Z Flip4
Galaxy A series: A56 5G, A55 5G, A54 5G, A36 5G, A35 5G, A34 5G, A26 5G, A25 5G, A17 5G, A17, A16 5G, A16, A15 5G, A07, A06 5G, A06, A73 5G, A53 5G, A33 5G
Galaxy Tab series: Tab S10, S10 FE, S10 Lite, Tab S9, S9 FE, Tab S8 series
Samsung has yet to reveal specific rollout dates for each device. Interested readers are advised to check out their device settings regularly for the latest software updates.
