Google introduces Gemini 2.0

Google has announced their latest artificial intelligence (AI) model with Gemini 2.0

A few days ago, Google has unveiled Gemini 2.0 — the company’s latest AI model. This new version is said to have improved performance, efficiency, and speed which will be used across Google platforms. You can spot these in places like Google Search, Google Workplace, and the Gemini bot and app itself.

Google also introduces agentic AI which are different AI models that are able to accomplish tasks independently.

Additionally, Google also introduces Project Mariner — an experimental AI that is able to understand information on a browser. It is a Google Chrome extension that is still in early development.

Google 2.0 is now available for users to try through Gemini’s website. The mobile app will get the update soon according to the company.
