DITO reveals unli data, SMS, calls promo for PHP 199

DITO Telecommunity has announced that it will offer unlimited data, SMS, and calls for PHP 199 when it rolls out in March.

According to DITO’s terms and conditions posted on its website, the telco will have the following Welcome Offer for PHP 199:

• Unlimited on-net SMS
• Unlimited on net Calls
• Unlimited Data

Promo Mechanics:
1) Promo period is from March 8 to 31, 2021. The promo must be activated within the promo period. Promos activated after the promo period shall not take effect.

2) The promo is priced at Php 199.00 and is inclusive of the following:
a. Unlimited data for 30 days upon activation of the promo.
b. Unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls for 30 days upon activation of the promo.
c. Unlimited DITO-to-DITO SMS for 30 days upon activation of the promo.

3) Prerequisites:
a. Must have a valid and working DITO prepaid SIM card installed in the device. The list of outlets selling the SIM card can be found in DITO’s website (https://www.dito.ph).
b. Must have an existing DITO load of at least Php 199.00. The list of outlets selling the DITO load can be found in DITO’s website (https://www.dito.ph).
c. Installed and working DITO App in device.
(1) Download and install the DITO App via the link included in the activation SMS. The activation SMS will be sent to the SUBSCRIBER after activation of the SIM card.
(note – use of the DITO App will not use or require any data allocation from the subscriber, free WiFi access shall be available in the DITO’s partner stores for application downloading and promo activation purposes, subscribers may also use the 1 GB data allocation included with the SIM card to download and activate the promo)
(2) Create and Log-in on the DITO App – initial password will be given via SMS.

4) To avail the promo:
a. Log-in on the DITO App.
b. Go to the App Home Page then click the buy promo “WELCOME OFFER” button.
c. Subscriber must click on the confirmation button to proceed with the purchase of the offer.
d. Subscriber will receive confirmation via APP and SMS.

5) Promo shall only be offered in Carcar, Cebu City, Consolacion, Danao, Liloan, Mandaue, Minglanilla, Naga, San Fernando, and Talisay (Cebu Region) Panabo, Tagum, Carmen, Davao City, and Digos (Davao Region)

6) Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable.

7) The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount available to DITO

8) The promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services of DITO.

9) By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms and conditions, and that the promo should not be used for illicit or illegal means.

Network locked phones, aside from DITO’s, and phones blocked by government agencies shall be considered as non-compatible devices. DITO shall have the sole discretion on whether a particular device is compatible with DITO SIM cards. In case of dispute on device compatibility, the list and records of DITO shall prevail.

4) How to buy the “Online Welcome Offer” package:
a. Go to DITO’s Facebook page at (https://www.facebook.com/DITO.ph/). Sign up using the link provided at the DITO Facebook page. Customers will be required to go thru handset and location validation to check for promo eligibility. Customers will also be required to read and click on the terms and condition of the package and privacy policy.
b. Upon successful validation of the handset and location, DITO will ask for your full name, email, cellphone number and ask to nominate a password for your account. DITO will authenticate your details and will send an email containing the link to the DITO Online Store.
c. Access the DITO Online Store using the link provided in the email. The store will ask you to login using your email and the password you provided. Purchase the “Online Welcome Promo” package in the DITO Online Store. Customers can pay using credit/debit cards and various e-wallet as indicated in the online store. Customers must indicate address where DITO SIM will be delivered, which should be within the promo areas only.
d. The promo package shall be delivered to the customer via third-party couriers. The delivery fee shall be free of charge. Delivery schedule may be subject to change by the third-party couriers depending on its terms and conditions or force majeure. 5) How to Activate the Promo
a. Insert the DITO SIM in the prescreened DITO compatible device or other DITO compatible devices.
b. The unlimited data, on-net call, and on-net text promo shall be automatically enabled upon activation of the SIM Card. To activate the SIM card, subscribers may turn on their data, attempt a call or send an SMS.
c. Subscribers will receive confirmation via SMS for the activation of the SIM card and the promo.

6) Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. The SIM card and the promo shall expire if not activated within “1” year from purchase.

7) The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount available to DITO.

8) The promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services of DITO.
