Firefox shortcuts you might not know about

Listen to article

そこで、Firefox(Flock および Mozilla でも同様)を使用する際のさらなるクイックヒントをご紹介します:

Ctrl + K:Google

i guess these are for non-mac users =)

have you tried just typing the first letter/s of the URL? this usually results in a list of the most common sites you’ve visited that start with that letter. no need for http or www. if there are too many that start with a particular letter, add the second or third letters…

Being an avid Firefox user for the last several years, these shortcuts have been very useful and makes things a lot easier.

Btw, don’t forget Ctrl + N to open a new window and Ctrl + F6 to jump to the address bar. :D

Instead of Ctrl+F, Try slash (/). (The slash shorcut borrows from the vi and less Unix tools.) Then F3 to search for the next occurence and Shift+F3 to search for the previous occurence.

There’s also the middle-click on a link to open a link in a new tab, or the Ctrl+click alternative. But I guess people who love Firefox for its tabs already knew that. :)
