For a device having 1gb ram Id go for moto E priced only P4k. It is not IP67 certified but at least offers water resistance, gorilla glass protection and LTE capable. It is has rugged rubbery texture rugged making it feel solid to hold. ok as secondary phone. At 9k price l will prolly go for acer 630s or a LETV1S or xiaomi Note 3 being sold by widget city.
This device is just not priced competitively. If it has at least 2gb of ram, I might PROBABLY give it some consideration.
