Alcatel, today, launches in the Philippines the Shine Lite which promises a stylish design without breaking the bank. It features a 5-inch HD display and a sandwiched glass design using 2.5D glasses up front and in its rear with a metal frame on the side.

Overpriced. All 3 phones released by Alcatel today are overpriced.

You can get a Galaxy J5 2016 for 10990. The Xperia XA for 10990 with free 32GB USB OTG.
