Android 8.1 now rolling out to Nokia 8

HMD Global’s 2017 flagship is now enjoying the added features that Android 8.1 Oreo brings. The company sure is rolling out the updates fast, as it was just last year when the Nokia 8 received Oreo 8.0.

The report came via an official tweet from HMD Global Chief Product Officer, Juho Sarvikas. Judging by the screenshots of a few users regarding the update, it seems like it weighs at around 1.6GB. It also includes a slew of different features and, of course, all that goodies of 8.1.

The updates are rolling out now and may not yet be immediately available to all users. So, keep an eye out for the download via checking your device’s settings just in case.
