ASUS ZenFone 4, 5, and 6 to arrive in Philippines this June

Last January, ASUS has announced the ZenFone lineup that includes ZenFone 4, ZenFone 5, and ZenFone 6. Each model carries an Intel Atom processor, is positioned at an affordable price point, and could be making its local debut real soon. More details on each device after the break.

The three models are lined up to suit your budget. There’s the entry-level ZenFone 4 that should cost $99 (approx. Php4,375), the higher-spec’d ZenFone 5 at $149 (Php6,585), and the 6-inch ZenFone 6 that comes at $199 (Php8,795). Though prices here are yet to be announced, we’ve just been informed that the ZenFone lineup will be released in store shelves this coming June.

baki ganun yun zenfone4 ko am
ngbilis na maginit when i updated it in 3rd time nagiinit na siya ng sobra then bumagal ng bahagya nag log na siya dati mabilis then nagupdate lng ako and its sucks….tanggap ko n mabilis malobat pero sobra init..asus should fix this almost 8 days old plng sakin ito…. worst

just checked it, zf6 2gb ram and 16gb rom is only 9300php sa taiwan, converted na yan from new taiwan dollar, nagpabili nko sa kakilala ko dun

kapag ikaw mismo bibili, dadaan ka sa customs sa airport pag uwi mo dito sa pinas. nasa sa’yo na yan kung idedeclare mo o hindi. kung ayaw mo ideclare, wag mong iuuwi ng naka box. obvious na sa ibang bansa mo binili kung naka box pa yung phone pag uwi mo. mas ok kung itatapon mo na box, iuwi mo na lang yung mga importanteng laman ng box.

kung bibilhin mo online at ishiship ng courier / shipping company, may tax yan. yung ibabayad mo sa shipper, kasama na tax dun sa total shipping cost.

advantage – karaniwan mas mura lagi sa ibang bansa

disadvantage – hindi lahat ng products global ang warranty. kung bumili ka sa US tapos US warranty lang, kapag nasira yan sa Pinas, mas mahal pang ibalik sa US para maayos.

No info yet. I’ve emailed ASUS ph – no reply yet. I’ve inquired via their FB page – no reply yet.

Gusto ko rin sana maconfirm kng ang Zonefone 5 ay may 2GB RAM option gaya ng Zenfone 6.

Good, im eagerly awaiting Zenfone 6, sana around 10k lang presyo nya dito sa pinas ^_^

Meron din ako tip sa inyo sir Abe, aside from china brand mediatek phones mukhang itong Acer Iconia Tab 7 ang unang Mediatek phone (albeit 7 inches) na Android 4.4.2 Kitat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtwJJujJ998
even if gsmarena havent posted the soc brand. Mobilegeeks clearly stated that its a mediatek device, probably MT6582…. this will do battle with Asus Fonepad 7 which only has 4.2.2 Jelly Bean yet almost identical specs.

These devices are ideal for budget-concern consumers. And when its a budget phone, expect some cutting of corners in one way or another.

Moving that aside, gusto ko masubukan itong model na ito (Zenfone 5) para malaman ang kapasidad ng Intel Processor para sa mobile devices. Isa rin sa gusto ko malaman ay ang quality ng camera output lalo na sa low-light conditions (tapos ma-shi-shrink siya 4x lower in size… ata).

June is just around the corner. :)

nung i-announce itong zenfone na ito gustong gusto ko to, talagang hinihintay ko ma release dito sa ph kaso sa sobrang tagal bago marelease may mga nagsulputan ng mga mas decent specs at affordable price.

too late for what? the zenfone lineup are budget phones, similar/slightly better performance to other midrange brands (ex T2 Ultra/Grand 2) yet it even beats most phones in the camera the department. zenfone lineup is also budget friendly almost nearing the prices of absurd quality local brands yet this is a trusted brand. Gaming wise this runs most games smoothly too…
