Ekonic, in partnership with DC Comics, has announced their new Limited Edition Justice League Smartphone.
There is a catch though, as Ekotek has only made 5,000 units of the limited edition smartphones.
The package comes with superhero-oriented accessories like Lasso of Truth cable charger, Scarlet Speedsters earphones, four interchangeable cases with DC Comics artwork by Jim Lee, Jason Fabok, Francis Manapul, and Ivan Reis.

The Ekonic Justice League Smartphones will be available via Smart’s postpaid plans (+Php400 per month for 30 months on top of any plans), starting the 2nd week of August.
In addition to the phone, they are also offering Justice League power banks (Php1,299), headphones (Php849), and Bluetooth speakers (Php1,476), at discounted prices.

It easily overheats. And hangs. Got this thru SUN Post paid Plan. Need to wait until 24months lock in period expires huhu.
The gadget and The accessories including the packaging is excellent, worth having. I love the flash headset, wonder woman golden lazo as well as four interchangeable back cover. Camera is great.
But after using it for three weeks it started to hang. Then after a month, I can hardly use for calling and texting because it shuts down on its own. We very disappointed with The unit. It easily overheats. Lock in period is 24 months! Oh boy, too long for to wait for new replacement.
SMART offers only a 7 day exchange warranty. Mine died in 10 days. Locked in to pay together with the post paid plan. They forward you to deal with manufacturer for repair. Still waiting for them to pick up the unit. Hope this won’t take ages to repair. For now, I wouldn’t recommend.
