Gionee’s power-packed M5 smartphone just got more siblings as the company launched in China the M5 Plus and the M5 Enjoy with big battery capacities and fingerprint scanners in tow.
Addressing the missing feature in the earlier-released M5, the fingerprint scanner had been added and is located at the bottom of the screen, replacing the capacitive home key normally seen on other Gionee models.
The all-metal Marathon M5 Plus is a six-inch phablet that doesn’t compromise specs and internal storage while the M5 Enjoy is poised to take on creating a market for consumers who prefer a power-packed smartphone with a more affordable price.
