Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL press renders leak

Google is set to unveil their latest smartphones, the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL, a few days from now but we can now have good look at it thanks to leaked press renders.

The renders were posted on Twitter by Evan Blass (@evleaks). As evident in the photos, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will feature dual-tone colors with the latter sporting reduced bezels.

According to Blass’s report at Venture Beat, the PIxel 2 sports the standard 5-inch 1080p 16:9 display, while the Pixel 2 XL will have a 6-inch QHD+ 18:9 display, hence the thinner bezels.

Other specs reported are 4GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB of storage, front-firing stereo speakers, and 12MP rear camera. For the processor, early reports point to the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 Mobile Platform. And for the OS, we can expect it to run Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
