HONOR has just launched its latest budget smartphone, the HONOR Play 40S, a month after introducing the HONOR Play 40.
Both carry the same Snapdragon 480 Plus chipset but with the difference mainly being that the HONOR Play 40S only packs in up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage as well as having an 8MP front selfie camera.
The HONOR Play 40 on the other hand goes up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage while also having a 5MP selfie camera. Check below for the full specs and price of the HONOR Play 40S.

The HONOR Play 40S is priced in China at CNY 999 (~PHP 7,700) for its sole 4GB+128GB model.
This is roughly PHP 3,000 less than the HONOR Play 40 which starts at CNY 1,380 (~PHP 10,600)
No word has been made yet on its availability and pricing in the Philippines.
