After making waves with their device launches in the Philippines just last month including the HONOR 90 Lite 10 and the HONOR X6a 23, the brand is now setting its sights on yet another release—the HONOR X9b 5G.

This is not even that far from its predecessor, the HONOR X9a 27, released in January this year.
The successor made its appearance on Honor’s Malaysian website 11, unveiling the design of its back.

While the design doesn’t deviate much from the X9a, it does retain the circular camera island. And it seems that the new HONOR X9b will come in vegan leather back panel finish.
In addition, the company teased part of the front panel. It retains a curved display as well with a centered punch hole notch for the selfie camera.

With the tagline “All-angle Ultra Tough,” we can expect the HONOR X9b 5G to provide the same level of enhanced protection as the HONOR 90 33 does for its display panel.
Moreover, when it mentions “all-angle,” we can also infer that this protection extends to both the rear and display panels.
The posters also indicate that it is “Coming Soon,” so keep an eye out for its official launch date.

Did you really mean the same enhanced protection as Honor90 or is that supposed to be honor x9a? Your review on Honor90 didn’t mention having an enhanced protection for the screen. Honor also didn’t mention the screen used for honor 90.
