HTC M4, the mid-range variant of the HTC One

Remember the HTC M7? Yep, it’s now called the HTC One. And it looks like HTC will be releasing its mid-range counterpart in the form of the HTC M4.

The HTC M4 is a mid-range device sporting a design similar to the HTC One. It has a 4/3-inch 720p display, dual-core processors, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 1,700mAh non-removable battery, and Android 4.2 Jellybean with HTC Sense 5.

It is reported that it will also carry the UltraPixel technology but specifications are still unknown. As for the build quality, the M4 looks like it is also clad in aluminum but HTC could also go for a plastic build in exchange for a lower price tag.

The HTC M4 is expected to arrive at the end of the second quarter with a branding similar to the HTC One.
