LG announces entry-level Optimus L1 II

LG adds another odd number to its Optimus L-Series II of Android smartphones with the Optimus L1 II, sporting a tiny 3-inch screen but with Jellybean on board.

The LG Optimus L1 II is a single-SIM device and sits below the Optimus L3 II which was announced back in May. It carries a 3-inch QVGA (240 x 320) display, a 2 megapixel fixed focus rear camera and 4GB of internal storage with microSD card support for up to 32GB. Running under the hood is a 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7225A CPU, 512MB of RAM and a 1,540mAh battery.

The Optimus L1 II will first land in Vietnam with an SRP of 1,990,000 Vietnamese Dong or around Php4,000USD 68INR 5,778EUR 65CNY 496. No word yet on local availability.
