Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim nga eh.

    • Josh says:

Android Fan alert! :) I guess Microsoft now absorbed the marketing strategy Nokia made years back when they were competitive at their price. I hope this would bring Android users a new environment to explore other OS aside from it and iOS. Definitely this would hit the spot and I hope they would continue doing great smartphones at affordable price and not sacrificing the capability and durability just to compete at respective prices. Cheers to Microsoft!

  10. Pat says:

Hindi na ako mag lumia 730 haha.

    • m says:

  13. Renj says:

Dear YugaTech, if you can make a good comparison of Lumia 535 to CM Alpha Luxe the I would greatly appreciate that. Thanks!

    • Josh says:

Good point Renj. Can’t seem to find which is which between those 2 phones. I wonder if Alpha Luxe got the Denim update and the upcoming Windows 10.

    • Renj says:

I think that MS will keep the Lumia updates to the Lumia phones so the CM Alpha Luxe will only get the OS updates. It is possible that the Alpha Luxe will eventually be upgrade-able to Windows 10 as Microsoft tweeted, “We plan to upgrade all Windows Phone 8 devices to Windows 10 in the future.”

  14. SpiderWak says:

Microsoft Announces Lumia 535 Sans Nokia Branding but Non-Nokia Smartphone!
That’s a pretty aggressive price point given the decent specs of the device. Under Nokia’s parentage, the budget devices in the Lumia family performed best — last year’s top seller was the Lumia 520, which accounted for one quarter of the line’s sales. Microsoft seems to see the potential in playing to that strength and offering something bright, shiny and capable at a price point that won’t break the bank.
The Microsoft Lumia 535 is now official!
Nokia is officially dead and gone from all Lumia branded devices, as evidenced by the newly released Lumia 535 from Microsoft. The first ever Lumia smartphone that bears the Microsoft logo, the 535 is aimed at developing markets based on its specs and price point.

    • renzguby says:

ok naman ang apps… just try to borrow a lumia phone form friends to see… i like the description in other posts here saying “windows phone 8 os is like a calm river”… the download and upload is network or wifi dependent i guess… apps are can be multi-tasked but don’t auto-close – but it does not contribute hang…
      —-> Lumia 625 user here!
