Motorola is set to launch two new smartphones on August 2, the Motorola Edge X30 Pro and the Motorola Razr (2022).

The Motorola Edge X30 pro will have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with a 6.67-inch 144Hz OLED display. It will have up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. For cameras, it will be one of the world’s first smartphones to use the new Samsung ISOCELL HP1 200MP camera sensor, with a 50MP ultrawide and a 12MP 2x telephoto. For selfies users will have a 60MP camera.

It will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The Motorola Razr (2022) will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, an upgrade versus the previous iterations which used mid-range chipsets. It is rumored to have a 6.7-inch 120Hz inner display and a 3-inch outer screen. It will have a dual camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 13MP ultrawide. For selfies, it will have a 32MP camera.

More information should be available soon as the smartphones are both set to launch in a few weeks so stay tuned for pricing and availability.
