Amidst all the hype surrounding the upcoming WP8 devices, a Chinese blog site reported that Nokia will be releasing a handset running on Windows Phone 7.8 and will call it Lumia 510.

This rumored phone is said to have a slightly bigger screen than the 610 and 710 at 4-inch but will have the same processor and RAM size as the low end Lumia 610. Its form factor looks much closer to that of the 710 than its entry-level sibling. And much like the Lumia devices before it, the Lumia 510 is said to also use a Micro-SIM card.

We’re not exactly sure where this device (if ever there is one) will be placed in the Finnish company’s current Lumia lineup but there’s a chance that it’ll sit in between the entry-level 610 and mid-range 710 considering its bigger screen. Pricing and availability are yet to be disclosed but judging from the info available we’re expecting this handset to be priced around PhP12K.
