Nothing phone (1) Limited Edition goes on auction

Ahead of its launch, Nothing has kind of unveiled the Nothing phone (1), giving us a glimpse of what the device looks like (from the back, at least), and a chance to purchase a Limited Edition model.

Nothing didn’t reveal much about the Nothing phone (1) except for the back part. It has this transparent panel, which reveals some of the internals, including the wireless charging pad and some LED strips to give it a unique look.

MKBHD already has a video about it, and it’s called a Glyph Interface. The LEDs light up for notifications and when charging, among other things.

For the auction, Nothing is giving customers a chance to get one of the first 100 units of the Limited Edition models that are engraved from 1 to 100. It is exclusively available on StockX where you can place a bid. As of writing, the highest bid is at USD 2,679.

If we want to know more about the Nothing phone (1), we’ll have to wait for its launch happening on July 12, 2022. So, stay tuned for that.
