OPPO A5 Pro 5G specs, price in the Philippines

The OPPO A5 Pro 5G has arrived in the Philippines boasting a durable build and the highest level of water resistance.

The phone boasts military-grade shock resistance (MIL-STD-810H), which ensures it can handle accidental drops and scratches with ease. It’s equipped with double-reinforced glass on both the front and back, with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i safeguarding the display.

The OPPO A5 Pro also gets an IP69 rating for full dust and water resistance—the same IP rating as with the usual flagships. This means it’s capable of surviving brief submersion in water, high-pressure water splashes, and even high temperatures.

On paper, the OPPO A5 Pro 5G sports a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the phone is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 combined with 5800mAh of battery and 45W of charging.

For optics, the phone packs a 50-megapixel main shooter paired with 2-megapixel mono lens.

The phone runs ColorOS 15—albeit a lighter version—based on Android 15. Notably, the phone comes with several AI photography features including AI Editor for unblurring and removing reflections, AI Eraser, and AI Studio for AI-generated imagery.

There’s also a 4G variant rocking identical specs and design except with a couple of differences. The 4G variant runs on the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1, with its IPS LCD display refresh rate capped at 90Hz.
