Canon Philippines has officially revealed the local pricing and availability of the new EOS R6 V, a full-frame mirrorless camera aimed at photographers and content creators. The camera is priced at PHP 148,998 for the body only and is now available for pre-order nationwide.
The EOS R6 V features a 32.5MP full-frame CMOS sensor paired with Canon’s DIGIC X image processor. It supports up to 40fps continuous shooting using its electronic shutter and includes Pre-continuous Shooting, which can capture up to 20 frames before the shutter button is fully pressed.
For video creators, the camera supports 7K 30p RAW open gate recording, allowing users to crop footage into different formats such as 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 from a single recording. Other recording options include 4K 120p, oversampled 4K video, and Canon Log 2 and Log 3 profiles with up to 15+ stops of dynamic range.
Canon also equipped the EOS R6 V with Dual Pixel CMOS AF II, capable of subject tracking and face recognition for up to 100 registered people. A built-in 5-axis In-Body Image Stabilizer can provide up to 7.5 stops of stabilization when paired with compatible RF lenses.
Other features include dual card slots, an internal cooling fan, USB-C connectivity, HDMI Type-A, microphone and headphone ports, and a weather-sealed magnesium-alloy body.
The Canon EOS R6 V is available for pre-order through Henry’s Cameras stores nationwide and during the Henry’s Cameras Photo Fiesta from June 19 to 21, 2026 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. Customers who pre-order will receive a free PGYTECH OneGo Lite 16L Backpack and a 256GB CFexpress Type B card.
