Realme Philippines has announced that Realme devices with warranty expiration starting March 15 will be extended due to the enhanced Luzon-side Community Quarantine.
The warranty extension consists of the following:
a. Realme devices with warranty expiring during the lockdown*
— Realme shall be providing an additional seven (7) working days from the date of lifting the lockdown**
b. Realme devices with defect after purchase and the replacement period will fall during the lockdown*
— Realme shall extend an additional three (3) working days from the date of lifting the lockdown.**
*Please be mindful that the aforementioned extended warranty must still comply with the standard warranty policy and it does not cover physical or liquid damage
** Working days are based on the Service Center Working Days. Our Service Centers are closed during Tuesday while Davao and Palawan Service Center is closed on Sunday
