nubia’s REDMAGIC is preparing to launch its next gaming phone, the REDMAGIC 10 Air, in China on April 16th.

Ahead of launch, the company has confirmed a few key details, including its slim 7.85mm profile and a design aimed at making it easier to hold during long gaming sessions.
Under the hood, the REDMAGIC 10 Air will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, along with REDMAGIC’s in-house RedCore R3 gaming chip, which previously debuted in the REDMAGIC 10 Pro.
This custom chip is designed to handle tasks like frame rate optimization and image processing during gameplay.

Leaked specs suggest the phone will feature a 6.8-inch Full HD+ OLED display from BOE, running at 120Hz refresh rate. It’s also expected to have dual 50MP rear cameras and a 16MP selfie camera.
The phone reportedly has the dimensions 164.3 x 76.6 x 7.85mm and weighs 205 grams. Despite its size, the REDMAGIC 10 Air is rumored to pack a 6000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging.
We should learn about this slim gaming phone as it launches next week.
