REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ and REDMAGIC 11 Pro announced

The REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ and REDMAGIC 11 Pro have been announced as nubia’s latest gaming smartphones. Both devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 paired with the company’s R4 gaming chip.

The devices also have a built-in active cooling fan and a liquid metal VC chamber. However, the Pro+ model has a pulsating water cooling engine over the Pro model.

The two devices also share most specs, like its 6.85-inch BOE X10 AMOLED screen. It supports up to 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate capped at 144Hz.

The screen also has slim 1.25mm bezels, houses a 16-megapixel selfie shooter, and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. At the back, there’s also dual-rear shooters including a 50-megapixel main paired with a 50-megapixel ultra wide.

In terms of battery, the Pro model has the higher capacity with 8,000mAh supported by 80W of fast charging. Meanwhile, the Pro+ model packs a 7,500mAh battery with support for 120W of wired charging and 80W of wireless charging.

Other features include an IPX8 rating, 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and 520Hz shoulder buttons. Both devices will ship with REDMAGIC OS 11, which comes with AI-powered features.

The REDMAGIC 11 Pro 22 starts at CNY 4,999 (~PHP 41K) with 12GB/256GB and two colorways. Meanwhile, the REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ 58 starts at CNY 5,699 (~PHP 46K) with the same configurations.

The Pro+ model comes with transparent color options that feature LED lighting. Both offerings are currently priced in China with no details yet on global availability.
