The Samsung Galaxy F36 5G has been launched in India as their newest midrange offering. Its highlights are its display, chipset, and long-term software support.

It has a leather back panel with color options in Coral Red, Luxe Violet, and Onyx Black. In addition, it’s 7.7mm thick and weighs 197 grams.
At the front is a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate with Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. Under the hood is an Exynos 1380 with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.
The device supports microSD cards up to 2TB. Plus, it packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W of wired fast charging via USB Type-C. However, a charger isn’t included with its box.
For optics, there’s a 50MP main with OIS, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro at the rear. It’s also equipped with a 13MP snapper at the front for selfies.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Hi-Fi certified stereo speakers, and AI tools. This includes an object eraser and image clipper for photos.
The phone will ship with One UI 7 based on Android 15 out of the box. Like most of their releases this year, Samsung also promises six years of major OS updates and security patches.
The Samsung Galaxy F36 5G starts at INR 17,499 (~PHP 11.6K) with 6GB/128GB. It’s also available for INR 18,999 (~PHP 12.6K) with a higher 8GB RAM. It’s currently only available in India with global availability yet to be confirmed.
