Sony’s location tracking service, my Xperia, is officially closed.
As seen from Sony Mobile forum, some Xperia users have shared that they can’t find the my Xperia app in their phone even though they don’t remember deleting the app. Sony has replied and said that the my Xperia service and Protection by my Xperia are discontinued starting from Xperia XZ Premium, that is why users can’t find the service in the settings menu.
Sony suggested to use the Google app/service called “Find My Device” instead.
