The TECNO SPARK Slim has been announced ahead of MWC in Barcelona. The company says this is set to be the world’s thinnest smartphone, albeit still a concept with no launch details yet.

It features a 5.75mm profile and a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with curved edges. It comes with up to 144Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits of peak brightness, and offers 1224p resolution.
For optics, it has two 50-megapixel rear cameras and a 13-megapixel front-facing shooter. It also packs a modest 5,200mAh battery that’s only 4.04mm thick and supports up to 45W fast charging.
Overall, it’s still unbelievably compact even if its camera bump adds to its thickness a bit. For those wondering about what’s under the hood, the chipset hasn’t been unveiled yet.

With the nature of how slim the device is, the chipset isn’t expected to be flagship-level. This is because this would require a refined cooling system, which can’t really fit.
The TECNO SPARK Slim will be presented at MWC in Barcelona. We’ll let readers know if we ever get our hands on a demo unit. However, we’re most likely not going to see it in the market anytime soon. Of course, we could be proven otherwise as this is still a developing story.

Is it dual SIM or esim? It isn’t mentioned anywhere. I really hope this will not stay a concept phone and actually come out. Would be a great second phone for me. So sleek!
