Xiaomi Mi 8 scores 99 points on DxOMark

DxOMark got their hands on the newly launched Xiaomi Mi 8 to review its cameras, and it got an overall score of 99 points.

The Xiaomi Mi 8 got a Photo score of 105 and was observed to have accurate exposure and wide dynamic range, rich and vivid colors, accurate white balance, fast and accurate autofocus, low noise, and smooth and attractive bokeh simulation.

When it comes to Video, it got a score of 88 and was observed to have a super-fast and accurate autofocus, good focus tracking, wide dynamic range, vivid and pleasant-looking color, and generally low levels of noise.

This gives the Xiaomi Mi 8 an overall score of 99 points, putting it in the same rank as the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, just above the Google Pixel 2 (98), but below the Huawei P20 (102).
