Xiaomi Redmi S2 launches in the Philippines

After getting listed on Aliexpress then officially launching just days ago, Xiaomi’s latest budget device, the Redmi S2, finally makes its Philippine debut. The device is equipped with the previous generation Snapdragon 625 paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.


As for the rest of the specs, we have a 5.99-inch HD+ 18:9 display, dual 12MP + 5MP rear cameras, a single 16MP front camera, MIUI 9 based on Android 8.1 Oreo, and a 3,080mAh battery. The device is priced at Php 7,990 and will be available at Lazada flash sales on June 4.
