Mitsubishi has officially launched the 2020 Mirage and the Attrage (Mirage G4 in the Philippines) in Thailand. It features the same 1.2L petrol engine with a revamped exterior and interior.
On the outside, the 2020 Mirage and Attrage are using Mitsubishi‘s Dynamic Shield Design. Aside from the grill design, the headlights, as well as the rear lights, are now using LED lights. The 15-inch alloy wheels are also different compared to older models.
Inside, the interiors are made of either leather or cloth, with a dark theme. There’s a new 7-inch infotainment system available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The GLS and GLS-LTD models also include features such as:
The main difference between the two models is that the 2020 Mirage has a hatchback rear with 60:40 foldable rear seats, while the Attrage (Mirage G4) has a more conventional trunk.
The GLS and GLS-LTD variants also come with both the Radar Sensing Misacceleration Mitigation System – forward which limits acceleration when an obstruction is detected, and the Forward Collision Mitigation System-low Speed Range System which automatically applies the e-break when the driver does not respond to vehicles in front. Other safety features include:
As mentioned earlier, the latest 2020 Mirage HB and Mirage Attrage/G4 are still using the same 1.2L petrol engine that Mitsubishi has been using for the Mirage line for years. It’s capable of a max output of 78HP with 100nm of torque and a 5-speed transmission system.
There are four variants of the Mitsubishi 2020 Mirage and Attrage available in Thailand: the GLX MT, GLX CVT, GLS CVT, and GLS-LTD CVT. The prices are as follows:
