32GB Nexus 7 accidentally sold to a Japanese

Listen to article

Speculations about Google’s plan of unveiling a revamped Nexus 7 in time for Christmas have been making its rounds on the web for quite some time already, but no one’s really certain if there’s some truth to this rumors. That is until this Japanese guy shows up with this his 32GB Nexus 7.

Nexus7

So the story goes like this, a guy from the land of the rising sun ordered a 16GB model Nexus 7 but was erroneously given a slate with 32GB internal storage. Wise guy that he is, he shared his discovery to the rest of the world.

Since the package was only sent by accident, no one really knows how much the 32GB Nexus 7 (if ever there is indeed one) will cost when Google officially announced it. And although you still won’t have an option to expand the tablet’s storage via Micro-SD, we think that 32GB worth of disk space should be enough to house some if not most of your contents.

Is it just me or yugatech is becoming more like neowin.net?

I mean every single article that was written by its contributors does not undergo a review or editing.

Yuga, I’m concerned with how the articles are being written by your “contributors”.
Please have them review it first before posting it. I can ignore it yes, but others couldn’t handle it especially those who have “journalistic” knowledge. My two cents. :)

As a half japanese, I was quite insulted with the term “Jap” because that term is used to refer to those abusive Japanese soldiers during WWII.

Please consider renaming the title of article as it’s very insulting to hear a term that’s used by propaganda showing hate on the Japanese people.

If this news is about Apple’s iPad Mini, then we would have at least 30 replies in less than 10 minutes. Next Topic Yuga???

Please dont use slang terms especially if you don’t know what it means. Please remove Jap from the title. Its racist.

You also have used the term gran to refer to money. It is GRAND not Grand. It’s 5 grand, not 5 gran.. 10 grand, not 10 gran.. Not because you hear it, you get to use it.

Actually Filipino historians contend that the Americans were actually more ruthless and brutal than the Japanese. And what with the more than 300 years of Spanish colonization in the Philippines? And what’s your hate gonna do about it, join Al Qaeda/Abu Sayyaf? Learn your own history, so pathetic…

^I got my N7 during the first day of pre selling and sad to say the first weeks had been great and its really on machine but one night while surfing the net it got some screen flicker then it turned off and never opened, lucky me Asus Philippines accepts repair but on my case they had to replace the whole motherboard that came from Taiwan via special order daw and now just got it back 3 days ago but again a problem appeared this time the battery drained too fast and cant be removed from wall plug since its constantly at 0% and when I tried master reset, its fine for now.

Ive been impressed as whole at first but after the incidents, I’m quite hesitant to recommend it to my friends.

32 Gb should be good enough for 25%-30% of my mp3 library…

never truly understood why google withholds storage expansion from its nexus line, it could have been one distinct differentiating factor from the iDevices, and in some cases, the deal breaker.

I bought this nexus 7 tablet and all i can say is, it is truly amazing, super fast no lag. Now i seldom use my ipad 3, since this tablet is lighter and handy to carry. 16gb is enough.
