The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global management consulting firm and the world’s leading advisor on business strategy, has recently published their 50 Most Innovative Companies of 2014. Topping their list are tech titans Apple, Google, and Samsung.
Technology companies dominate BCG’s list and as mentioned earlier, Apple, Google, and Samsung topped the list, followed by Microsoft at 4th place.
If we’re going to filter out smartphone manufacturers, Sony lands at 10th, LG Electronics at 17th, Lenovo Group at 23rd, Xiaomi Technology at 35th, and Huawei Technologies at 50th.

The 2014 Most Innovative Companies report was based on BCG Global Innovators survey for 2014 wherein respondents were senior executives representing a wide range of industries in every region. The respondents were asked to name companies that are making themselves known for innovation.
