ASUS is releasing four gaming monitors in the Philippines, the VP249QGR, VG278QR, TUF VG279QM, and TUF VG27AQ.
The ASUS VP249QGR is the cheapest of the four, sporting a 24-inch, Full HD IPS panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1ms mPRT response time. It’s priced at PHP 10,820.
The ASUS VG278QR, on the other hand, is a larger 27-inch Full HD IPS panel. It’s capable of operating at 165Hz, a 0.5ms mPRT response time, with G-Sync compatibility. It has an SRP of PHP 17,460.
The TUF Gaming VG279QM is the fastest of the four displays, capable of operating at 280Hz refresh rate. It uses a 27-inch IPS panel with HDR compatibility, FastIPS technology, and ELMB-Sync. It’s also color accurate, covering 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 99% of the SRGB color gamut. It will retail for PHP 25,410.
Lastly, the TUF Gaming VG27AQ is the most expensive monitor on their line up. It’s a 27-inch 1440p IPS panel with 99% sRGB coverage, HDR compatibility. It’s capable of running at 165Hz refresh rate, 1ms mPRT response time, and it’s also compatible with G-Sync and ASUS’ ELMB-Sync. ASUS has priced the TUF VG27AQ at PHP 29,180.
