AYANEO has officially announced the AYANEO NEXT II, its next-generation flagship Windows gaming handheld, closing out November with a powerful new device aimed at serious gamers.

The NEXT II comes with a large 9.06-inch OLED display featuring a 2400×1504 resolution, 1,100 nits peak brightness, and a switchable refresh rate up to 165Hz for ultra-smooth gameplay. It also supports advanced 5280Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye strain during long gaming sessions.

Powering the handheld is an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with a maximum 85W TDP, paired with the integrated RDNA 3.5 Radeon 8060S GPU. A dual-fan cooling system keeps temperatures under control. The device runs on a massive 115Wh battery, larger than its predecessor’s, allowing for longer playtime.

For controls, it features Hall-effect joysticks, linear Hall triggers, a floating 8-way D-pad, and customizable rear and shoulder buttons, plus a magnetic levitation motor for haptic feedback. The AYANEO NEXT II also includes dual USB-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Pricing and availability have yet to be announced.
