The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has rolled out a new interactive e-calendar to help taxpayers keep track of tax deadlines and requirements. According to BIR spokesperson and lawyer Brianna Kay delos Santos, the digital tax calendar has been available on the BIR website since January 1.

The goal is simple: make tax compliance easier and less confusing. Instead of searching through multiple advisories, taxpayers can now check one centralized calendar to see when taxes are due and what forms are required. The calendar is designed to be user-friendly, especially for individuals and small businesses.
“To increase voluntary compliance, we made it easier for the taxpaying public,” delos Santos said.
The calendar also includes direct links for users of the electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS), allowing them to proceed with tax payments quickly. For non-eFPS users, the calendar shows which forms to file, with payments done through the eBIR portal.
The BIR plans to integrate the feature into the eGovPH app in the future.
