Converge ICT has announced a speed upgrade for several of its fiber plans without adding much cost.
In an event, the ISP provider has bumped speeds of its FiberX Plan 2500 (50Mbps) and 3500 (100Mbps) with 50% more speed to 75Mbps and 150Mbps, respectively.
FiberX Plan 1500 users, on the other hand, can add Php99 per month on top of their existing plans for an additional 10Mbps, bumping their speeds to 35Mbps.
Converge is also waiving the first month of the add on, called FiberX Plan 1500 Plus, to users who subscribe before January 31. This is the company’s way of celebrating Christmas with its users. “Everybody deserves a great service at a great price,” Converge COO Jesus Romero said.
The speed upgrades will be made available to both new and current customers alike, with the Converge COO noting that existing users will be upgraded before the end of the year and this will be the new pricing effective tomorrow.
FiberX Plan 1500 users, on the other hand, will have to request for the FiberX Plan 1500 Plus add-on to get the additional speed.
