The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) has announced the start of the construction of the Metro Rail Transit Line 7 (MRT-7) which will connect Bulacan to the MRT-3 and the LRT-1.
The project costs Php69.3 billion and consists of a 23-km railway system with 14 stations from North Avenue, Quezon City to San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
It is expected to accommodate 350,000 daily passengers and shorten travel time from the current 3.5 hours on the road to one (1) hour when it becomes operational by April 2020, 4 years from now.

Improve first the present one, before create a new one.
Goodluck!!!
better than nothing, I guess
Dapat simulan na din nila yung mula laguna or cavite to manila. Kapag nagawa yan. gagaan ang trapik.
They tried but nobody made a bid for the Laguna project.
pag maliit na cars nanaman ginamit dyan siguradong me kurakot
kapag hindi nanalo c Mar, magiging more than 4 years ung duration ng project. #selfishpoliticians
