ElevenLabs conversational AI officially debuts

Listen to article

The ElevenLabs conversational AI has officially debuted. ElevenLabs is a startup that provides different voices with AI tools used for text-to-speech services.

The company says that with their service, users can now have conversations on their platform. Plus, it comes with customizable variables like tone and response length.

To get started, users just have to log in with an ElevenLabs account and start building a conversational agent. Users may create a project from scratch or use a template.

From here, the agent’s primary language, first message, and system prompts are chosen first to determine its persona. Afterwards, a large language model (Gemini, GPT, etc.) has to be selected.

Things like responsiveness and token usage limit are also a factor to work out how creative the AI agent can be. Users can even fine tune things like voice, latency, and stability.

For interactions, users may also add their own knowledge base from a file, URL, or text block. This powers the bot, which is compatible with Python, JavaScript, React, and Swift. ElevenLabs also offers a WebSocket API for customization purposes.

We’ll leave a quick video below for those curious about the newly-launched platform. Let us know what you think of ElevenLabs conversational AI in the comment section below.
