Listen to article

Garmin has launched the Index Sleep Monitor, a wearable designed to provide detailed insights into your sleep patterns. Priced at $169.99 ( PHP 9,722.06 ), the device will ship starting July, with a delivery window of 3 to 5 weeks. Available in two sizes (S-M and L-XL), the Index Sleep Monitor is worn on the upper arm, offering a more comfortable and less intrusive experience compared to traditional wrist-worn sleep trackers.

The device tracks sleep cycles, including REM, light, and deep sleep, while also monitoring heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (Pulse Ox), skin temperature, and breathing rate. Garmin users can sync the device with the Garmin Connect app to track sleep trends and gain deeper insights into recovery.

With a 7-night battery life, a smart vibration alarm, and women’s health tracking, the Index Sleep Monitor expands Garmin’s offerings in the health tech space, available now via their website and retail partners.
