GCash’s GStocks slowly rolling out to select users

Initially scheduled to be launched last November 2022, GStocks remains to be on a limited release as of today as we continue to receive reports from users getting activations for the GStocks feature in their GCash app.

Another GCash user sent us these screenshots of GStocks today and told us his account got activated recently. He added that the GStocks interface was simple and very easy to use.

Originally announced back in September 2022, GStocks was an easy way to get the 67 million GCash users to trade in local and international markets.

In a recent Media Briefing session for Globe’s financial results for Q1, the CFO of GCash shared that they are slowly rolling out the GStocks feature to selected users but did not indicate when it will be made available to all 67M GCash users.
