Globe announces 30-day bill payment extension for postpaid subscribers




Globe has just announced that the company will be implementing a 30-day bill payment extension for Postpaid subscribers, both on mobile and broadband. This also includes businesses and enterprise customers.


The announcement was made through the Globe ICON Facebook page. The telecom cited the reason that they are “one with the entire country in these trying times and to help you remain connected with your loved ones,” for the payment extension. The 30-day bill payment extension begins from the customer’s due date.

Globe also mentioned that they understand their customers’ need to stay safe in their homes as a result of the government’s urging and implementation of a community quarantine. Due to that, Globe is also encouraging its customers to download their mobile apps, namely Globe One (iOS/Android) and Globe At Home (iOS/Android) to keep track of their data usage, subscribe to promos, and pay bills. GCash (iOS/Android) may also be used to pay bills. The apps are free of charge.

    Please clarify your gift, Globe. Your 30-day bill extension only allows for incoming calls, not outgoing calls? To make outgoing calls, bill still needs to be paid, acc. To a friend who experienced it.

    It is not true . I called to make a payment arrangement and temporary reconnection but they declined it bec the amount that I entered was lacking of just .48 cents, considering that they’re only giving 7 days temp reconnection.

    Globe, baka pwede nyo naman ayusin to, putol ng 1 DAY lng wifi ko, the nxt day (6/21) binayaran ko ng full sabi sa loob ng 2 hrs maireconnect na pero bakit ngayon wala pa JUNE 24 na po.
