Globe MyAccount to shut down




Globe has just announced that it will be closing down its MyAccount service.

Through Globe’s MyAccount, users can check their bills, make transactions, see active promos, check plan details, and the like. The shutdown of the service was announced via an email sent to registered users in MyAccount.

Globe has stated that while MyAccount is shutting down, users can manage their Globe At Home broadband accounts or Home Prepaid WiFi account through its Globe At Home app. MyAccount will be fully shut down by July 12, 2019.

Hi! We’d like to let you know that starting July 12, 2019, MyAccount will no longer be available. Thanks for supporting MyAccount over the years.

In the meantime, you can still manage your Globe At Home broadband account, or Home Prepaid WiFi account using the Globe At Home app! Download the app now at hyperurl.co/tnshay. We look forward to seeing you in our new digital channels. Thank you!

    Globe should’ve retained this online website to access all landline/DSL and GSM/4G/LTE accounts in one access. So inconvenient to access these on a different app accounts.
