With just a few days left before Google I/O 2023, Google’s upcoming Pixel Tablet has leaked online.
It can be recalled that Google’s first foldable smartphone also leaked a few days ago before finally being officially unveiled by Google itself.
As reported on Buzzap, a Google Pixel Tablet was unknowingly listed on Amazon Japan. This listing, lucky for us, included a rumored spec sheet that gives us a better picture of what the Pixel Tablet will bring.
According to the listing, the Pixel Tablet will have a 10.95-inch LCD display (with a 2560 x 1600 resolution and capability to reach 500 nits of peak brightness), a Google Tensor G2 processor, 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
There will be two cameras: an 8MP rear-facing camera and an 8MP selfie camera at the top of the tablet (when placed in landscape).
Lastly, the listing also mentioned that the Pixel Tablet will have Bluetooth 5.2 and will feature most of the added functionality found in the Pixel 7 line, such as the Google flagship’s “Magic Eraser” feature.
It’s actually been almost a year since Google first teased the tablet to the public.
Aside from being Google’s first foray into the tablet space since the Nexus days, many are interested in how the tablet will work with the Charging Speaker Dock (as seen above).
The great thing is that we’ll know more once Google I/O 2023 finally rolls in this week so stay tuned!
