The Pad V8 is the first tablet to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage.

It boasts an 11-inch 120Hz IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.

The screen has no cutouts, as the selfie camera is embedded within the tablet’s bezel instead.

The Pad V8 has a 5MP front-facing camera and a 13MP main + 2MP depth dual-camera setup with LED flash at its rear.

Unfortunately, there’s no cellular option, as only a Wi-Fi version is available.

Other notable specs include a microSD card slot (up to 512GB), Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, Android 12 OS via MagicUI 6.1, quad speakers, Magic Pencil 3 support, Magic Keyboard support, and color options of either Blue or Gold.

It has a 7250mAh battery that supports 22.5W charging via USB Type-C port.

The tablet is lightweight at just 485 grams and has a thickness of 7.35mm.

The Honor Pad V8 is currently launched for China and is available in two options.

The base model, offering 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage, priced at CNY 1,799, and 256GB variant costing CNY 1,899.

As of writing, Honor has yet to reveal whether the Pad V8 would be available outside of China. Stay tuned for updates!
