HONOR has quietly added a new smartwatch to its lineup with the launch of the HONOR Watch GS 5. Introduced alongside the Magic8 Pro Air and Magic8 RSR Porsche Design, the GS 5 stands out as the more affordable option while still offering a premium feel.
This Watch GS 5 comes with a 44mm case made of aluminum alloy, with a 1.32-inch circular AMOLED screen that reaches 1,500 nits in peak brightness, giving the device a classic look while still being modern. It is also lightweight at 26g, slim at only 9.9mm, water-resistant with IP68 certification, and sports 5 ATM rating.
A noteworthy feature of health tracking. According to HONOR, GS 5 enables users to monitor and evaluate cardiovascular disease risks as well as continuously monitor heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep quality, stress levels, and detect impending conditions like arrhythmias and sleep apneas. It also has a battery life of up to 24 days without an always-on display.
The HONOR Watch GS 5 is now listed in China for CNY 699 ( PHP 5,925.75 ). As per its local availability, HONOR hasn’t yet announced any details for its arrival.
