Horizon, God of War TV show revealed by Sony

Sony is expanding its portfolio and is working on multiple TV shows for streaming platforms worldwide.

Three major PlayStation franchises are getting TV adaptations, a Horizon series is being made for Netflix, God of War to Amazon, and a Gran Turismo show is currently in the works as well. These developments were revealed during a recent investor briefing by the company. A tweet by inside David Gibson also confirmed the announcements by Sony through Twitter.

These shows are an addition to the currently confirmed games that are being adapted to mainstream media like the Last of Us show, Ghost of Tsushima movie, and Uncharted, which has already been released. Additionally, the Twisted Metal series that is in development has a cast that includes Anthony Machie, Neve Campbell, and Stephanie Beatriz already on board.

No further details on release dates have been revealed by Sony.
