Huawei Mate 30 series live images, specs surface online
Live images and specs of Huawei’s upcoming smartphone series, the Mate 30 series, have leaked online ahead of its launch.
Previously, official renders of both upcoming smartphones also leaked online. Similar to the renders, the live images show the Mate 30 Pro with a curved edge screen and a slim bar notch at the top of the display. On the rear sits a quadruple-camera setup, arranged in a circular manner. It also appears to have triple front cameras housed in the notch.
On the other hand, the Mate 30 has slim bezels surrounding the display, with the smaller notch at the top housing two front cameras. The rear is similar to the Pro version of the device.
As for specs, it’s reported that the Mate 30 will have a 4,200mAh battery, while the Pro version will come with a 4,500mAh capacity. The two devices will also appear to support 40W fast charging and 27W wireless charging. Both smartphones are also said to have a Kirin 990 processor, IP68 resistance, and EMUI 10 based on Android 10.
Huawei is set to launch the Mate 30 series on September 19, in Germany. Stay tuned for the official specs, pricing, and availability.
