New LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Mask features mic and speaker
Following the launch of the LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Mask last year, LG has now unveiled a revamped model that comes complete with a microphone and speakers.
Similar to the previous model, the revamped LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Mask features two H13 HEPA filters in the mask and Dual Fans with the patented Respiratory Sensor that automatically controls airflow through sensing the user’s natural breathing patterns.
On the other hand, the revamped LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Mask will feature LG’s VoiceON technology – a built-in microphone and speaker. This will allow users to speak in normal tones without having to remove their mask to retain audiobility as the speakers will amplify their voices automatically.
Furthermore, the newer model claims to be more lightweight with a smaller and more efficient motor. Weighing only 94 grams, the revamped LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Mask sports a 1,000mAh battery that can last 8 hours of use on low mode, and recharges to full battery in just two hours. In terms of design, it boasts a more ergonomic fit that minimizes air leakage around the nose and chin without discomfort.
The new LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Mask is set to launch in August in Thailand but has already been released to 120 Thai athletes, coaches, and staff for the summer games in Tokyo.
